JOSKY v0.2 Patch Notes

This is a minor patch to the computer player algorithm, which will prevent the AI from blundering their last move.

In version 0.1, computer players neglected to check if they were ending the round, and would often miss the lowest round score, causing them to gain double points. This patch fixes that.
